چکیده

Dimethachlor is an herbicide used for oilseed rape protection. Previous studies have demonstrated its high mobility in the soil, which could lead to water contamination. This research aimed determine occurrence of dimethachlor and metabolites (dimethachlor ethanesulfonic acid ESA oxalamic OA) surface using a recently developed analytical method. article one first document metabolites’ presence samples. The samples were collected from Danube river Tisza river. quantitative determination obtained extracts was done by high-performance liquid chromatography. Descriptive statistical methods, including correlation analysis, cluster principal component analyses, utilized analyze method validation experimental results. In addition, artificial neural network (ANN) model applied as optimization tool. ANN adequately predicted observed variables, suggesting optimum results at pH value 7, spike 1, injection volume equal 0.5 ?L. average concentrations River 1.51 µg/L OA 0.01 ESA, 0.63 DMC, while chloroacetanilide herbicides detected 1.43 OA, 0.08 1.82 DMC.

Pesticide residue analysis (1999-2000): a review.

The literature of pesticide residue analysis is reviewed selectively for the period 1999-2000. Analyses of a wide range of pesticide classes and sample types, as well as some related organic pollutants, are covered. Studies of exposure and monitoring as well as pesticide degradation, persistance, leaching, mobility, and metabolism studies are included.

Estimation of measurement uncertainty in pesticide residue analysis.

Proficiency test results from 5 countries involving 61 separate interlaboratory proficiency tests for pesticide residues were examined in this study. A total of 24 different matrixes and 869 relative standard deviations of the mean (or median) pesticide residue concentration were statistically evaluated in relation to the Horwitz function. The aim was to determine whether or not the concentrati...

Minimization of solvent consumption in pesticide residue analysis

The present paper reviews various pathways that will lead to reduction of organic solvent usage in pesticide residue analysis. Considerable reduction of solvent consumption can be achieved by miniaturizing the scale of sample extraction and cleanup and by simplifying the analytical procedures. Adoption of new analytical techniques, such as solid-phase microextraction and supercritical fluid ext...

Trace Element Analysis by ICP-MS and Chemometric Approach in Some Euphorbia Specie: Potencial to become a Biomonitor

In this study, the branch, leaves, flowers, roots and mixed all parts of different nine Euphorbia species were analyzed for their trace element contents by using ICP-MS. The samples were digested by concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide in a microwave by ICP-MS before the analysis. The accuracy and precision of the method was evaluated by CRM 1573a Tomato Leaves. Trace element contents...
